What is your Spectra Clean Guarantee?

We guarantee that you will be ecstatic with your service every time. In the unlikely event that we’ve overlooked something, please let us know as soon as possible and we’ll be back to make it right.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

We bring all required cleaning supplies to give your home a great clean. If you’d like us to use a specific product, please let us know in advance and leave it out for the cleaner to use.

What if I’m not there to let the cleaning person in?

No problem! Just leave us detailed entry instructions when you schedule your appointment so we know how to gain access to your home. Your home will be locked when the cleaner leaves.

When are you open?

Our hours of operation are 8 am until 5pm Mon-Sat (there are exceptions for certain holidays), but we may be able to schedule outside those times on a case by case basis

Are you insured and bonded?

Spectra Clean cleaners are fully insured and bonded. Being in your home is a privilege so we are always as careful as possible. In the unlikely event that an object is damaged, please notify us right away.

Services

Can you clean the exterior of my windows and balcony?

Our insurance coverage does not allow us to perform any work outside of the home.

Can we leave you a key?

As policy we do not hold on to customer keys. If you do not live in an apartment with a concierge, we suggest either hiding a key for us leaving the key in a lockbox for us to access.

Do you do carpet cleaning and shampooing?

Unfortunately we do not offer carpet cleaning or shampooing at this time. Reach out to us and we are happy to make a recommendation for a company that does.

Do I get a discount if I’m a frequent customer?

Yes, customers who sign up for repeat services will receive a discount based on the frequency. For weekly service, you will receive an 15% discount. For service every two weeks, you will receive an 10% discount. For service every month, you will get a 5% discount. NOTE: The discount is not applicable until the second cleaning.

Are you insured and bonded?

Spectra Clean cleaners are fully insured and bonded. Being in your home is a privilege so we are always as careful as possible. In the unlikely event that an object is damaged, please notify us right away.

How often should I get Spectra Clean to clean my home or business?

Most of our customers differ in their individual needs, so it is difficult to provide specific guidance. Typically our customers schedule an initial detailed cleaning of their home followed by a recurring cleaning appointment. By following this model, you can rest assured that your home is always clean and in tip top shape.

Billing

What is your tipping policy?

Tips are always appreciated, but never expected. If you feel that your team did an outstanding job with your service, feel free to tip them in cash, or we can help add a tip to your credit card payment.

How much does it cost to clean my home?

Pricing is based on the size of your home and the desired level of service. We operate on a flat rate basis depending on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and other specifications. We also offer custom hourly services.

What if I want a cleaner by the hour

If you would like to forgo our standard pricing and hire an hourly cleaner, we can provide this at a cost of $35/hour. Our minimum appointment is four (4) total hours (2 cleaners for 2 hours).

What is your cancellation / rescheduling policy?

You can cancel or reschedule your service without a penalty any time before 5pm the day before your clean. There will be a $50 CANCELLATION FEE if you cancel or reschedule your appointment after 5pm the day before your clean.
